Achieve Success Delegate Your Way To Success

I owned a construction company for 20 years before I started my own online business. For the first five years, I sweated and struggled, and nearly closed my doors. I came very close to failure, until a good friend offered valuable advice.

For young construction companies, finding clients is the difference between corporate life and death. While I manage to find many small jobs, most of these only lasted two or three days. I was running myself ragged trying to pay the bills. I was desperate to find larger jobs, which were more profitable and saved time moving in setting up equipment.

Over time, my business grew. My helper and I were extremely busy with jobs of all sizes - large ones, small ones, and everything in between. We were working long hours trying to keep up. I was reaching my limit and didn't know how much longer I could go on. My helper and I could not physically produce any more.

I could not make anymore money than I was making at the time, because I could not physically produce any more work. There was only so much I could do. I had reached an earning plateau because of what I could physically produce in a given year. The problem was...I knew I could quit my construction company and go to work as a building superintendent for a large homebuilder in Houston. I could make about the same amount of money AND get free medical insurance, free dental insurance, a retirement plan and even go home at 6pm everyday.

Being self-employed, I had none of these benefits. It was time to make a decision - keep working 70 hours a week, with no benefits, or make a change. I decided it was time to change.

I heard about some courses for remodeling contractors offered by the Home Builders Association in San Antonio, about 3 hours away from my town. So, I bit the bullet, got a hotel room for 3 nights and drove to San Antonio. Although I learned a ton in the courses, I learned even more during the lunches and dinners with the other people taking the courses. One of the people I met was Don Boozer (yep, that's his real name!). Don told me to put down the hammer, quit doing everything myself and begin general contracting.

"But Don," I asked, "if I don't do the work, who will? I'll just be phoning other people to do my work. Nobody's going to pay me to make phone calls."

Don replied, "Oh, they'll pay you and they'll pay you well!" And so they did.

I took a chance and followed his advice. Over the next year, my income doubled. The job in Houston wasn't looking so attractive anymore. In the next year, my income doubled again. And my income has remained at least six figures every year, ever since.

Why do I tell you that story?

I increased my income quickly because I increased my business awareness. You can too. The fastest way to increase your income is to start an EZ web business or to attend a conference based on your industry. Want to make money online? Then you need a conference specific to online businesses, one that can help you create a business plan for your online business!

Dark Matter™ eLiquid

Dark Matter tastes like German Chocolate Cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German Chocolate Cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.

Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German Chocolate Cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Frostings are sweet often creamy glazes made from sugar with an added liquid such as water or milk, that is often enriched with ingredients such as butter, egg whites or vanilla flavorings and is used to cover or decorate baked goods, such as cakes or cookies. Pastry bags are then used to apply the frosting to cakes, pies, muffins or other baked goods. A high-quality reusable pastry bag is often made from tightly woven nylon, polyester, rubber or waterproofed cotton. Medium quality bags are similar, except they are not so tightly woven and may let some contents seep through the weave or the seams. After use, a reusable bag is washed by hand and hung open to dry. A high-quality bag may last for many years.

Marshmallow Fudge

First Batch

2 cups of granulated sugar, 1 cup of cream, 1/4 a teaspoonful of salt, 1 tablespoonful of butter, 2 squares of Baker's Chocolate, 1 teaspoonful of vanilla, Nearly half a pound of marshmallows, split in halves.

Second Batch

2 cups of granulated sugar, 1 cup of cream, 1/4 a teaspoonful of salt, 1 tablespoonful of butter, 2 squares of Baker's Chocolate, 1 teaspoonful of vanilla.

Start with the first batch and when this is nearly boiled enough, set the second batch to cook, preparing it in the same manner as the first. Stir the sugar and cream, over a rather slack fire, until the sugar is melted, when the sugar boils wash down the sides of the pan as in making fondant, set in the thermometer and cook over a quick fire, without stirring, to the soft ball degree, 236° F.; add the butter, salt and chocolate, melted or shaved fine, and let boil up vigorously, then remove to a cake cooler (or two spoon handles to allow a circulation of air below the pan). In the meantime the second batch should be cooking and the marshmallows be gotten ready. When the first batch is about cold add the vanilla and beat the candy vigorously until it begins to thicken, then turn it into a pan lined with waxed paper. At once dispose the halves of marshmallows close together upon the top of the fudge. Soon the other dish of fudge will be ready; set it into cold water and when nearly cold, add the vanilla and beat as in the first batch, then pour it over the marshmallows. When the whole is about cold turn it onto a marble, or hardwood board, pull off the paper and cut into cubes. If one is able to work very quickly, but one batch need be prepared, half of it being spread over the marshmallows.
